PKStock's Anti-Fraud Alert
Recently, we have received numerous reports from customers alleging that scammers are using the name of PKStock to defraud them of money through various means, including text messages, Discord, WhatsApp, and emails. They fabricate various excuses to demand additional fees. Currently, we have identified the following commonly used excuses by these scammers:
1.Scammers will claim that a "mandatory fee" is required.
As you can see, this is a screenshot of the Discord server interface, and the person on the other end looks like our website's customer service representative. However, he is actually a scammer impersonating our customer service, and many customers cannot distinguish the real from the fake. But don't worry, just remember one thing: our customer service will never proactively contact customers to ask for extra fees! If someone inexplicably asks you for extra fees, please do not believe them.

2.Scammers will use "logistics issues" as an excuse to demand fees from you to resolve the problem.
Sometimes, slow overseas shipping can occur due to holidays, weather, or insufficient logistics capacity. This is normal. Please don't worry. If you encounter any problems, please contact us via WhatsApp: +852 64353832 or E-mail: service@pkstockx.com. Do not trust any strangers who claim to have problems with your shipment. They will try to charge you a fee to resolve the issue. But actually, there's nothing wrong with your logistics at all; it's just still in transit.

3.The scammer will create a new WhatsApp account to contact you.
In reality, these scammers don't even have their own factory, nor do they have any goods to ship to you. If you receive a message from an account that isn't the official PKStock account, please do not pay them to buy shoes. They will not ship anything to you!
